The Caligula-esque menu featured slow roasted aged<br \/>\nAngus prime rib, mesquite grilled salmon and chicken, skewered filet of<br \/>\nbeef with Jack Daniels, mini beef wellington, jumbo tiger shrimp, and<br \/>\nspicy vegetable spring rolls. An a capella trio serenaded the group with<br \/>\nChristmas carols throughout the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Longtime LAHLC member and club historian, Walter Ralston (Cramer Lumber,Arcadia, CA) was presented with a Founders Award for his years of service\u00a0to the club. Ralston also donated a piece of hand carved artwork for a\u00a0raffle which\u00a0was won by Steve Ondich (Commercial Forest Products, Fontana) The LAHLC\u00a0member of the year award was presented to club president, Dan Bohannon\u00a0(Bohannon Lumber, Long Beach, CA).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lahlc.net\/?attachment_id=252\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-252\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
